Ms. Lori Senecal Career Development

Ms. Lori Senecal became the president, CEO, and partner at Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners after a meeting was held to determine the best candidate for the job. With Lori taking this position, the name of the organization rebranded to Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal & Partners. The founding partners of this institution took a back seat and focused on incubating new ventures. According to the management, Ms. Senecal was chosen to head the organization due to her prior experience with a major multi-ad agency. The company set itself to an expansion strategy and the resources in Lori provided a solid base. She took over from Aaron Reitkopf and got tasked with overseeing a $ 700 million billings from its clients. The primary company clients are BMW, Diageo, Panasonic and over 3000 employees.

A statement made by Bond indicated that Lori had an outstanding creativity, innovation, and intellectual leadership which is the fundamental pillar of the agency. Additionally, he stated that besides having several executives in the firm, Lori stood to enhance the company reputation as a named partner. MDC Partners CEO said that they had a firm believe that Lori experience and breadth of knowledge will not only contribute to the development of her company but also the expansion of MDC Partners. Ms. Lori Senecal exit from McCann’s flagship U.S office dealt a huge blow to the networks domestic operations. The institution struggled with General Motors and lost key portions of its Microsoft account.

In 2015, she became the chief executive officer of Crispin Porter & Bogusky. In the new found job, she was responsible for overseeing the expansion of CP&B globally. She was also responsible for the management of their eight global offices. According to the chairman, she has the qualities that complement the have not from his expertise. According to Chuck Porter, the addition of Ms. Lori to their executive team completed a list of their A Team. However, her move to the organization did not affect the titles and responsibilities of the other executives.During her time as the head of Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal, she helped the foundation expand from a U.S based ad agency to a key player in the international market. At the foundation, she created a comprehensive resource in technology, created startup investments and the developed content creation. Ms. Senecal performance in this industry led to her appointment as the head of CP&B. In 2013, she got honored at AWNY awards for her leadership and innovation qualities.
