Adam Milstein is a well-accomplished philanthropist and national chairman of the Israeli-American Council. He also picked up on some roots from his father who was a real estate developer. Milstein co-founded the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation. The main mission of the foundation is to strengthen Israel and keep its ties with the United States of America strong. Secondly they want to maintain a Jewish identity to the State of Israel.
Graduating from USC Adam Milstein received an MBA and has been actively involved in real-estate since 1983. He is a managing partner at a private commercial real-estate investment firm called Hager Pacific Properties. At Hager Pacific Properties he handles the firms disposition, financing, and accounting. Adam Milstein oversees the companies outstanding one billion dollar portfolio.
Milstein may have began on his journey to philanthropy for many reasons but one is the most evident. Milstein participated in the Yom Kippur War, enlisted in the IDF. Also known as the Arab-Israeli war the Yom Kippur War was brutal and led to territorial changes eventually resulting in an Israeli victory. Milstein’s first-hand experience seeing the destructive outcomes of war may have led him to where he is today.
