Dillon Dixon

 

Dillon Dixon writes songs of troubled love affairs, dreams of a better life, and persistence in the face of hardship. Dillon has traveled wide, listened hard, and written from his heart, and throughout his work, Dillon’s earnest passion and commitment to music has been evident in every word and chord. 
 
A songwriter with a B.A. from the Berklee School of Music, Dillon came to Nashville in 1995 and has since written for EMI Music, Warner-Chappell Music, Ash Street Music, and Amylase Entertainment. He is currently co-producing a few projects with Teddy Gentry. Dillon’s songs have been recorded by George Jones, Restless Heart, Ronnie Milsap, Neal McCoy, Josh Gracin, and Rodney Atkins. His music has also been featured in film, including “Terminator 3,” “Live Free or Die Hard,” “The Crow 3,” and Wes Craven’s “Scream,” “Cursed,” and “Mimic.”
